Tom Godino & Susan Godino ellis represented the Landlord, Arris Partners, in negotiating a 25,000sf lease to Fresh Market. Harmon Lewis of National Commercial Brokers represented the tenant. Fresh Market plans to open in the first quarter of 2024. 24,700sf is available in the former Bed Bath box.
