Tom Godino is the founder and president of Godino and Company a nationally recognized commercial real estate firm serving New England, in particular the Greater Boston market, as well as New York for decades. Tom, who is a second generation member of a family that has been active in commercial real estate in Greater Boston since the 1950's, offers over 40 years of experience with many local, regional, and national contacts. He has extensive knowledge of zoning, financing, and the development process.
Under his direction the firm has sold numerous commercial properties and multifamily housing and under his guidance has leased millions of feet of retail, office and industrial space and continues to be a valuable resource for clients with those needs. Susan Ellis is the Vice President of Godino and Company. She represents office, retail, and industrial buildings throughout Massachusetts, along with commercial leases and sales. Susan brings a strong background in medical and clinical practices. She is a third-generation member of a family involved in commercial real estate. She graduated from the Rivers School in Weston and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Susan and her husband live in Wellesley with their son, where they actively enjoy youth hockey, tennis, golf, and skiing.
