Susan Godino Ellis and Tom Godino represented Greystone NE, the seller, in the sale of 24 Crescent St, a four-story 25,000-square-foot office building located in downtown Waltham. While the building was under renovation, Greystone had hired Godino & Co. to re-lease the building. Once the building’s occupancy was increased to 95 percent, and the rental income tripled, Godino & Co. was engaged to sell the property. It was recently sold to GDG Properties Southbridge, LLC.
