Tom, who is a second generation member of a family that has been active in commercial real estate in Greater Boston since the 1950's, offers over 40 years of experience with many local, regional, and national contacts. Tim Coyle represents office, retail, and industrial building owners and businesses throughout Eastern Massachusetts, with a focus on Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Watertown and Waltham as well as Downtown Boston and Cambridge. His main focus at Godino & Company is tenant and landlord representation and investment sales. Tim has a proven history of guiding his clients through complex sales and lease transactions.

Susan Ellis is the newest member of the Godino and Company team. She represents office, retail, and industrial building throughout Massachusetts, along with commercial sales. Susan brings a strong background in medical and clinical practices. She is a third-generation member of a family involved in commercial real estate and an active member of the ICSC. She has an associate’s degree from the University of Vermont and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Susan and her husband live in Wellesley with their son where they actively enjoy youth hockey, tennis, golf and skiing.
