Thomas D. Godino and Susan Godino Ellis negotiated the sale of this prominent retail property to Arris Partners and were subsequently retained as the exclusive leasing agents for the property's 52,000-square-foot former Bed Bath & Beyond anchor space.

Following the acquisition, Godino & Company successfully secured LL. Bean and Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings as the new tenants. The specialty grocer signed a long-term lease and opened in the third quarter of 2025, bringing new energy and traffic to the shopping center.
