A local real estate company has sold a 9,000 SF office building to Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, MD for $3,000,000.  Dr. Spiegel has been selected as one of the top five facial plastic surgeons on the East Coast of the U.S. and chosen as one of the 15 most influential plastic surgeons in the world.  The Property is situated on Rte. 9 in Newton MA and is located diagonally across the street from Life Time Athletic. Tom Godino of Godino & Co., Inc. negotiated the sale of this asset that received a great deal of interest.
